In the sunny, swampland state of Florida, where alligators sunbathe on golf courses and retirees play bingo on beaches, there exists an extraordinary group of kids. They're not the regular kind who spend their days building sandcastles or chasing geckos. No, these kids participate in something even more exciting - the Aerial Arts! Now, you might be thinking, "Aerial Arts? Is that something to do with drawing clouds or painting sunsets?" Not quite, my curious friend. Aerial Arts is a spectacular blend of athleticism, courage, and creativity. It involves hanging, twirling, and performing tricks on circus apparatus high up in the air. Imagine dangling from a trapeze or spinning like a top on a hanging hoop. Yes, it's as cool as it sounds! The leader of this gravity-defying gang is none other than Captain Skyler, a fearless, freckle-faced Florida native known for his flamingo-pink hair. He can flip through the air, twist around silks, and even do a one-handed handstand on a swaying tightrope. These Aerial Arts kids aren't just brave; they're also hilarious. Once, during a practice session, Captain Skyler, wearing a flamingo costume, attempted to perform a trick called the 'Flamingo Flip.' But instead of flipping, he got twisted in the silks and ended up dangling upside down. Everyone laughed, including Captain Skyler, whose giggles echoed around the practice hall like a flock of giggling seagulls. In Florida, where the sun is always shining, and the oranges are as sweet as the laughter of these daring kids, Aerial Arts is not just an activity; it's an adventure in the sky. So, if you ever find yourself in this magical state, don’t forget to look up. You might just spot Captain Skyler and his hilarious troop flipping through the air with the greatest of ease!

We moved from the surrounding urban fabric, with multiple story buildings and heterogeneous densities, choosing for not an outstanding and self-referential building, but a more introvert one, designed out from the terrain shape. The Science, Art and Sport Center for Children, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1993. We offer a safe, educational after-school program, designed to provide essential enrichment services, which are not being provided by the Public School system to children. Our philosophy is based on involving children in programs that will excite them about learning. All classes are taught by highly professional teachers and coaches. Our classes are taught in Russian but all the Teachers are bi-lingual and are able to communicate with English-speaking students. The Science, Art and Sport Center for Children works with its sponsors to provide a quality learning experience for all the children enrolled in our programs.
