Our organization is a charity, and we rely on your generosity to continue providing the highest quality in arts education services and cultural activities to our community. We invite you to visit our gallery/studio and support our mission. Programs at Childrens Gallery & Art Center in Goulds, FL
BeAKid
Toddlers and Children
Toddlers and children under 8 years of age meet Sunday morning for 30 minutes, which is appropriate time to stimulate the creative process. Price $35 per session. Time available from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
BeAKid
Children Ages 9 and Up
Children ages 9 and up meet Saturday or Sunday morning from 10:15 to 11:15 AM. All sessions are up to 2 hrs. long. *Parents are invited to stay and observe the session without interfering with artist's teaching methods. Price $35 x session per member & $47.50 non-members. *Basic materials only included with annual membership.
BeAKid
Outdoor Workshops
Occasionally we visit orchid farms, National parks and other places of interest in which the main subject is Nature or animals. These 4 hrs. sessions are announced on The Children's Gallery and Arts Center Facebook page with specific dates, times and places and are for advanced students and adult artists only. Enrollment for these workshops are required since space is limited, and membership is not required. Participants must bring their own easels and materials and are responsible for their own transportation, snacks and/or lunch unless otherwise stated in the announcement. *Members may borrow gallery/studio easels/materials for the session with full responsibility. Non-members can rent easels at $35 per session. Payments are not refundable since reservation is required, and must be made a week before the day of the workshop.
