Our Fort Myers, Florida martial arts school has been offering martial arts training since 1989 and is the largest, longest standing, and most modern facility in the Southwest Florida area. Our school is the perfect place for families to come together and train in martial arts. We specialize in Ko Am Mu Do and Tae Kwon Do, as well as Hap Ki Do and martial arts weapons training. Our instructors are passionate and knowledgeable, able to help your family develop strong mind, body and spirit while learning martial arts. At our martial arts school, we believe that families should be able to learn and grow together. We have something for everyone, from Ko Am Mu Do to Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do to martial arts weapons training. Our instructors are dedicated to helping your family gain the strength and confidence that comes with martial arts, while providing a safe and friendly atmosphere. After School Program

We will eliminate some of the worry from your workday. You will no longer have to worry about the school calling you at work to ask why your child hasn’t been picked up. We transport the children from their schools and deliver them safely to our school for an afternoon of fun, learning and martial arts! You won’t have to worry about using your vacation hours for school holidays and teacher workdays either, because we will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on those days to meet your working needs. Your children will also have plenty of time to get their homework completed, giving you less hassle at home.

Tiny Eagle Program

The United Martial Arts Tiny Eagle Program was developed for our youngest students (ages 4 – 7) and focuses on the development of basic skills such as balance, coordination, listening and self respect. The classes cultivate discipline, courtesy and the ability to follow directions and pay attention. We teach each class with fun, exciting and safe age-appropriate methods. These early years are vital for introducing fundamental skills that will follow your child for a lifetime. We emphasize “Play by the Rules” and “Yes, I can do it” attitudes.

Children’s Program

Our Instructors are trained to give each child attention so that every child feels important, makes steady progress and continues to grow and improve. We get to know each child’s strengths, weaknesses and motivation. With many years of combined experience, our instructional staff is focused and competent to meet the needs of even the most challenging students.

Summer Martial Arts Camp

This summer you won’t have to worry either, because we offer an affordable Summer Camp program complete with field trips. For one low price your child will enjoy a week filled with a minimum of three martial arts classes per day and on Wednesdays we go on field trips. This is not a baby sitting service. Your child’s day will be structured with not only martial arts classes, but with mini-seminars such as stranger danger and bully prevention. There will also be games and martial arts activities. There is very little down time so your child will not be bored. Make your child’s break a fun and learning summer! We offer care from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, where you can drop off and pick up at your convenience. A sample itinerary is below.We will teach your children rules they must use at home, for example how to greet their parents and how they should be willing to help with household chores. They will also learn respect and why it is important to have goals. Physically we will teach your children self-defense, basic punches, types of kicks, board breaking, and balance drills.
