    About Fort Myers Skatium in Fort Myers, FL

    At the Fort Myers Skatium, parents and children can enjoy the convenience of having a variety of activities all in one place. The Skatium offers an ice skating arena, an athletic gymnasium and a fitness center. With Internal Skating Institute (ISI) and United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) certified ice and in-line hockey leagues, freestyle skating and birthday packages, there is something for everyone. Skate rentals and a hockey pro shop are available, and the Learn to Skate Skating Academy and public skating lessons provide the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of skating. The Skatium offers a fun and safe atmosphere for parents and children to enjoy time together.

    FIGURE SKATING

    The purpose of the CPFSC is to encourage the instruction, practice and advancement of the members in any or all of the disciplines of figure skating regardless of race, religious creed, color, national origin, or ancestry; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among skaters; to carry out the general policies and objectives of the United States Figure Skating Association; and such other acts as may be necessary, advisable, proper, or incidental to the realization of the objectives and purposes of this club. The City of Palm Figure Skating Club is a Member of the United States Figure Skating Association.

    Youth recreational ice hockey programs teach basic skating, puck handling, shooting, and the rules of hockey. More importantly life skills such as sportsmanship, team concepts and friendships with teammates that can last a lifetime.
