With decades of experience and expertise, Master Russ and Sensei Cyndi are dedicated to providing the highest quality of Martial Arts instruction and physical fitness programs. Located in the Old Cutler Towne Center, next to Publix, our studio has been offering quality Martial Arts instruction in the Cutler Bay area since 1985. BeAKid
Little Dragons Program
The Little Dragons Program makes it fun and exciting to accomplish these skills. The lessons are disguised in games and exercises making it fun to learn. This program was developed specifically for children 3 through 6 years of age. This class offers a strong foundation in karate skills along with essential character building qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the safest, fun, and exciting instructional methods available for this age group.

Junior Kids Class
Our Karate Kids curriculum was developed for ages 7 through 12 year olds. In these age-appropriate, dynamic classes students will gain a solid foundation in the Martial Arts. As students progress from white belt to black belt, they learn to master; blocks, strikes, kicks and stances; the basics of Martial Arts. Students will improve physical fitness, balance, flexibility, strength and cardio endurance. While our self defense program is the basis of our curriculum, our foundation is built by developing life skills in our students. As our karate students increase in physical strength and ability they are also building confidence and developing character as well. We often hear from parents that the life skills taught in their karate classes, carry over into their home and school life. Parents are happy to comment that their child’s grades are improving, they are more focused on homework, they are better at following through with tasks and chores and they are even displaying good, old fashioned manners. At National Karate Academy our martial arts classes are so much more than just learning to defend yourself.
