Kids Self-Defense 1
The perfect foundation to your child’s Martial Arts endeavor! Here your child will learn all the basics of Jiu Jitsu in a fun, yet challenging way that will help them defend themselves in any situation while also helping develop their confidence!

These classes take training to the next level while still maintaining a fun environment. Students are partnered up by size and skill level during training. These classes will fully prepare your child to defend themselves.

Advanced Kids
Generally, once students are 13-16 years of age, depending on their skill/experience level and size, they will be transferred into the adults’ programs, which offers many more class times and training partners (of all ages, many teens in these classes!). This transition is discussed on a case-by-case basis with your instructor and your child.
