At ISR, we understand the importance of teaching self-rescue skills to children. Our program is designed to help children as young as 6 months old to respond to water and understand the cause and effect relationship of their bodies while in it. The key to our program is that it does not require verbal instruction; so that children know exactly what to do even without an instructor present. This program is especially important because traditional swimming lessons do not provide a solution if the wall or shore is too far to swim towards. We believe that every child should have the knowledge and skills to solve this problem and that is why ISR exists. We make sure our students are prepared for any situation and that they can be confident in their abilities.

ISR Self-Rescue Swimming Lessons
Give your child the competence, confidence and skills of aquatic safety with Infant Swimming Resource's Self-Rescue® program. The safest provider of survival swimming lessons for children 6 months to 6 years of age. Lessons teach your child how to enjoy the water but also to be able to save themselves if they ever found themselves in an aquatic emergency. Lessons are conducted for your child at their designated time slot daily, each day Monday through Friday. Lessons for pre-walkers take approximately 5 weeks to complete in which your child will learn the Rollback to Float skillset. Lessons for students of walking age take approximately 6-7 weeks to complete in which your child will learn the Swim-Float-Stay or Swim-Float-Swim depending on what is developmentally appropriate.
