About Mrs P's Dance & Acrobatic Studios - Boca

At our studio, we offer a wide range of dance classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our styles include jazz, tap, ballet, pre-pointe and pointe, acrobatics, lyrical, modern, hip hop, technique, ballroom, musical theater, production, and voice. At our studio, we believe that studying dance can be so much more than learning the steps. We strive to teach essential life skills and behaviors that will help your child grow and mature. We want our classes to be a positive and encouraging experience that will benefit your child now and into the future.

Ballet
(Cecchetti emphasis) It is a rigorous system drawn up with careful regard for the laws of anatomy. Cecchetti is intended to teach the important components of a ballet dancer. (i.e. poise, balance, strength, etc)

Musical Theatre
An introduction to musical theatre incorporating singing, dancing and acting. The students are exposed to monologues, character pieces and ensemble work.

Voice instruction taught by utilizing different methods of vocal exercises, breathing methods and diaphragm coordination. Students will develop their voices further through the careful and systematic practice of both songs and vocal range.
