Tadpoles
Baby & Me group classes for 30 minutes include an adult in the water with the baby. Proper handling of baby in the water will be taught, along with promoting comfort in water for baby and adult! Safety skills will be introduced and practiced in each class. Private instruction is also available for 15 minutes.

Seahorses
Swim lessons are 30 minutes with no more than 4 swimmers. Students in this class will learn all proper swimming skills to provide for a safer child. Swimmers learn self-propulsion and independent swimming. Once rolling over is learned, side-breathing and backstroke is taught. Butterfly and breaststroke drills are introduced.

Sharks
Students in the Sharks classes are able to swim at least 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke. Butterfly, breaststroke, and flip turns are taught, as well as competitive terms and rules. Pre-Team is 30 minutes in length with no more than 4 students for each teacher. The focus of this group is endurance, competitive swimming strokes and rules.
