At My Gym, we understand the importance of physical activity for children. We strive to create an atmosphere that promotes exploration, socialization, and physical strength while allowing kids to have fun! Our certified instructors provide age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs and abilities. Whether it’s through dance, play, music, or sports, we make sure that each child’s experience is both engaging and rewarding. At My Gym, we believe in the power of play. We’ve been helping children reach their physical and emotional milestones for over 35 years, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We want every child to feel supported and loved as they explore and learn in a fun and engaging environment. With certified instructors and age-appropriate activities, we help children of all abilities reach their full potential. Our goal is to create a safe and stimulating space where children can be kids and have the time of their lives!

Camps

Do you need a place to drop your kids off, knowing that they are in a clean and safe space?! We are the place for you! My Gym Camps are simply the best! Children participate in energizing fitness games, noncompetitive gymnastics, arts and crafts, music and so much more. Each camp program is uniquely designed to keep your children moving and active, as we emphasize physical development and personal success. Our themes and programs change, so no days at My Gym are ever the same.

Waddlers

This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs.

Ninja Training Level

My Gym Ninja Training provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids learn how to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of doing so. Class will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, games, conditioning exercises, team building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. Ninja Training is packed full of climbing, balancing, running, jumping, crawling, and swinging. With our diverse equipment, each week will present new and exciting challenges. The mental and emotional benefits include the development of problem solving, focus, creative thinking, and the patience needed to overcome a challenge. The obstacle courses are intended to challenge children mentally and physically while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym.

Gymnastics

This fun and focused class is great for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
