At TFK, we understand the importance of building confidence and skill in a supportive environment. That’s why we offer a range of martial arts classes, designed to teach conflict de-escalation techniques and practical self-defense.
Established in 2004, TFK is a locally owned business. With 22 years of experience, our chief instructor, Keith A. Mutch, is dedicated to providing personalized, patient instruction to our students.
We also offer a variety of activities to promote community involvement and personal development. These include Movie Nights, for a bit of fun, as well as classes for people aged 4 to adult, with multiple class times for your convenience. Plus, our spacious, clean facility in a convenient location with ample parking makes it easy for you to join us.
Tot classes introduce the structure and discipline of martial arts in a fun but controlled environment. Students can advance through the traditional belt ranks by learning martial arts basics, forms (kata), and techniques
