Curtain Call, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the highest quality entertainment and arts education to the Fairfield County community. Our mission is to provide an outlet for artistic expression while entertaining the general public and offering a safe and nurturing environment for learning for all ages. Since its inception in 1990, Curtain Call, Inc. has been working in cooperation with the City of Stamford and the Stamford Community Arts Council. With its current home at the Sterling Farms Theatre Complex on 1349 Newfield Avenue in Stamford, CT, Curtain Call continues to provide top-notch entertainment and arts education programs to visitors of all ages.

BeAKid
Winter 2023 Classes
For over thirty years, Curtain Call has provided a variety of dramatic arts classes and workshops for young and old. Our classes focus not only on building performance skills, but social and public speaking skills, self-confidence, creative instincts, teamwork, collaboration, and leadership qualities. We cater to all skill levels whether the raw beginner or experienced professional and offer a low-pressure environment where students are able to explore creative techniques applicable to any performance, presentation and social situation.

Summer Youth Theatre
Curtain Call’s Summer Youth Theatre rehearses and presents a full-scale musical production each summer. Casting is by audition and tech crew is by sign-up. SYT is not a workshop program, but participants receive hands-on training in theatre production and techniques. Rehearsals are primarily in the evenings, Mondays thru Thursdays (with some weekends) and crew work takes place primarily on Saturdays, June thru August. Performances are usually the first two weeks of August. Tickets are sold thru our box office.
