The Swim Center is a place where swimmers of all ages and abilities can enjoy a safe and inviting environment. The bright, airy facility provides a beautiful setting for a variety of activities, including swimming lessons, water fitness classes, lap swimming, recreational swimming, and private lessons. Parents are always welcome to sit poolside and watch their children swim, while enjoying the views of our lovely campus. Affordable

Splash Dance – This lively water fitness class is designed to “jump start” your evening. It combines music and aquatic exercise. The class starts with a series of stretches, then leads to an aerobic workout and cool down with a succession of relaxation exercises. The music is tailored to class participants’ interest.

Water Fitness – This slower paced workout is appropriate for beginners and others preferring a low- to moderate- level water workout. Includes shallow water warm-up and a steady aerobic segment that is followed up by deep-water exercise for muscle endurance and tone.

Water Fitness Program

From eager 6-month olds to grandparents with a lifelong fear of the water, anyone can learn to swim. Our certified instructors offer progressive swim instruction for all ages. From parent-and-child classes through adult instruction series, we offer small class sizes for maximum attention.


Swimming Lessons

We offer weekly and sometimes semi-weekly competitive swimming clinics designed to give kids an introduction to competitive swimming, expert instruction in stroke technique, and a great all-around workout in a low-pressure, fun environment. We call it our Kids Stroke & Fitness program
