At Music Haven, we believe that relationships between teachers and students, and between the students themselves, are the backbone of our educational model. We strive to create a supportive environment that nurtures our young musicians, and encourages them to explore their creativity and potential. Through music, they learn the importance of collaboration, communication, and dedication, and gain valuable skills for life beyond the classroom. Our students also benefit from an array of resources, including tuition-free lessons, classes, and ensembles, homework help, snacks, and more.
Programs
The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.
Group Classes
All Music Haven students participate in group classes, designed to supplement their experience in one-on-one lessons and provide the opportunity to learn and play music together, preparing them for more advanced ensemble experiences such as our student chamber groups and Harmony in Action, our youth chamber orchestra.
One-on-One Lessons
Students receive weekly One-on-One Lessons with a member of our Teaching Faculty, all of whom are conservatory-trained professional musicians with masters’ degrees and a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
Music Theory & Music History
In our rigorous Music Theory Program, we use a mix of aural, visual, and kinesthetic methods to teach music fundamentals so that each student can develop fluency in their own way.
