About Farmington Valley YMCA

At the YMCA of Greater Hartford, we believe in the power of community. We understand that when people come together, amazing things can happen. Archery
We offer classes for kids and adults! Have fun and learn to shoot with a certified Archery instructor. Students will learn proper form, technique, and terminology as well as scoring and range safety. New and experienced participants will develop and improve your skills!

Swim Lessons & Swim School
Swimming at the Y helps people thrive—in and out of the water. Swim lessons provide babies, toddles, kids, teens and adults with the opportunity to set goals and achieve success, learn water safety and enjoy swimming as a form of exercise.

Infant and toddler programs at the YMCA of Greater Hartford provide a safe place for children to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-confidence. We place a special emphasis on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in order to help children grow in spirit, mind and body.
