This mental health program will allow youth to explore issues, gain helpful information, and learn problem-solving and decision-making strategies that will assist with balancing emotions and behavior, enabling the healthy development of each member. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from professional presenters, participate in experiential field learning, and engage in community service to further enhance their skill set. This program is for high school students only.
