About The New England Carousel Museum in Bristol, CT
Our museum offers programs that help kids learn the history of the carousel, and our restoration and conservation projects ensure that the carousels will remain for generations to come.
At the New England Carousel Museum, we take pride in our mission to acquire, restore, and preserve operating carousels and carousel memorabilia. Our goal is to ensure that these beautiful pieces of history remain in the public domain for future generations to enjoy. We also strive to create new carousel material, to educate and provide pleasure to the general public.
Our dedicated team of experts has been hard at work to secure and restore carousels from around the world. Through our restoration projects, we are able to bring old carousels back to life and preserve them for years to come. We also organize educational programs to teach children about the history of the carousel, and to help develop their appreciation for this piece of history.
