About AYSO Region 71 - Woodland Hills in West Hills, CA
Are you interested in registering your child for our Fall Soccer League? With over 500 players in our program, we want to make sure everyone has an enjoyable and harmonious experience, so we begin registration in the Spring. For those in the 5U through 14U divisions, the season runs from September 9th to November 18th, with no games on the 16th of September. Depending on the team’s qualifications, the 10U-14U divisions may then have Region playoffs the first weekend of December, followed by Area and possibly Section playoffs. Sign up now to ensure your child has a spot in the Fall Soccer League. With our process starting in the Spring, you can make sure your child is ready to take the field in September and enjoy a fun and exciting season!

BeAKid
All-Star Program
The All-Star program is a select program sponsored by the Region. During the Fall division ratings meetings, where Fall player ratings are evaluated and assigned, the coaches for each division in 10U to 14U select players for an All-Star team(s). These teams are comprised of the players who the coaches feel are the best performing players in those divisions. All-Star teams participate in the Area V All-Star playoffs in January and if they qualify, Section 10 All-Star playoffs in February. Often, the All-Star team will evolve into a tournament team. The All-Star program runs December through March.

VIP Program
The AYSO VIP Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults aged 4 and up whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams. Our VIP team plays one game every Saturday for 11 weeks. They may play against other regions with in the San Fernando Valley. Most games will be played at the Adam Bischoff Memorial Soccer Fields against chosen teams from our core program, usually 10U-14U. Every VIP Player has a buddy and they all enjoy an hour of soccer and fun.

Jamboree (5U) Program
This 8 week parent+child program is a fun way to introduce your child to the fundamentals of soccer. Your child will need shin guards (covered by socks) and a size 3 ball. Soccer cleats are optional, but highly recommended. Uniform jersey, shorts and socks will be provided. Games are played usually 3v3 with no goal keeper. We have enlisted the Coaches from UK Soccer to oversea the Master Coach responsibilities for this Division. The Master Coach will lead the child and parent in instructional drills before a fun scrimmage played by our 5U players. The sessions run Saturdays mornings at Adam Bischoff Memorial Soccer Fields. The season ends with a group party on the field after the last session.
