At Las Posas Children’s Center, Inc. we provide quality childcare at six school campuses in the Ventura Unified School District. From after-school care until 6:00pm to our special summer day camp, we have something for every child. Our summer camp offers exciting activities such as weekly field trips to the swimming pool, beach, and special events like Magic Mountain, Hurricane Harbor, and Skating Plus. Additionally, campers can engage in arts and crafts, sports, and games. Summer Camp
The summer of 2023 begins our 39th year providing care in Ventura County, and 35th in the city of Ventura. Since 2003 our camp has been accredited by the American Camp Association, the first day camp in Ventura to be so. Our reputation is second to none because we are staffed with experienced, talented and caring individuals. We have 3 separate programs designed to meet the needs of your child. The camp is divided by grades, K-3rd located at Serra School and 4th-5th and 6th-8th located at Citrus Glen School.

Fall Break
Fall Break; a time for new and old members of the LPCC Family to come together. With the falling of the leaves, friendships are re-kindled and new friendships are forged. While Fall Break presented an opportunity for children to skate, put their chef hat on and to visit the pumpkin patch, perhaps the best moments present themselves on the playground where, in the spirit of being children, bonds of friendship are solidified.

Winter Camp
We will take students currently and regularly enrolled in our after school programs on a first come, first served basis beginning on December 2. Provided room is available, we will open up registration to all others on December 9. The deadline to register is December 14 and no cancellations or changes can be made after that date.

Spring Break
LPCC will be open for Spring Break, April 3-7, at our Citrus Glen School site. Due to staffing difficulties we have a limited number of spaces available. We will take students currently and regularly enrolled in our after school programs on a first come, first served basis beginning on February 16. Provided room is available, we will open up registration to all others on March 22. The deadline to register is March 29 and no cancellations or changes can be made after that date. A $10.00 Late Registration Fee will be charged to families who register after March 29.
