About SCEGA Gymnastics

At SCEGA Gymnastics, we believe in the importance of fostering active lifestyles in young people. Through gymnastics, we provide a unique experience that can help build strength, character, self-confidence, and teach valuable goal-setting skills. Our experienced staff are dedicated to providing a high-quality education for children of all ability levels. SCEGA Gymnastics is committed to helping young people get the most out of their physical development. Through an engaging gymnastics program, kids can learn about the importance of physical activity while honing their strength, character, and self-confidence. Our experienced instructors strive to create an environment where kids of every level of ability can thrive and reach their fullest potential.

PRE SCHOOL

This is a movement education program for the pre-school child with an emphasis on coordination, spatial awareness and FUN! The foundation for future gymnastics learning is laid in this coed program.

GIRLS RECREATION

This is gymnastics and fitness program that has been designed to offer a fun, safe and progressive way to learn gymnastics fundamentals. The girls program is divided by age and skill level beginning with level A and progressing through levels B, and C. After level C gymnasts will be able to test to move into Pre-Team; please see Pre-Team page for more info.

BOYS RECREATION

SCEGA's boys recreational program is a non-competitive gymnastics and fitness program which has been designed to offer a fun, safe and progressive way to learn gymnastic's fundamentals. It has been proven that a gymnastics base can benefit many future sports for boys. A specific curriculum of skills is set for each level and each event (Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar).

TUMBLING

SCEGA's tumbling program is a non-competitive, fun and safe approach to learning new tumbling skills. Emphasis is on learning a proper handstand, round -off and other skills that lead up to a back handspring. No prior tumbling is necessary for Tumbling 1, and we offer classes through the advanced level.
