About Viridian Art Academy

Are you ready to help your child explore the world of art? Parents Magazine has all the information you need! Our experts will show your child the basics of sketching and using simple shapes to create a drawing, as well as using lights and shadows to create depth within artwork. Plus, teach them about the many mediums available, such as charcoal, pastels, and acrylic paint, to help your child learn about color, shading, texture, and perspective. For more advanced students, we provide instructions on oil painting, monochromatic painting, and painting from photographs. With this knowledge, your child can create their own masterpieces and find out the endless possibilities of art.

AFTER SCHOOL ART ENRICHMENT CLASSES
The VIRIDIAN ART enrichment program is founded on building real art skills, art terminology, and learning to use a variety of artist materials.

ART Camp
Join us in our studios for all new projects in many different mediums, including drawing, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, collaging, mixed media, sculpting and more. Lunchtime will be on our outdoor patios. Bring a water bottle & sack lunch. Most camps are for age 5 & up (unless otherwise noted).
