The YMCA of Los Angeles is committed to making our membership accessible to all. We provide financial assistance to those who can’t afford it, and this year, over 1 in 3 members have been able to take advantage of this program. Our goal is to ensure that no one is excluded from the benefits of the YMCA because of their financial situation.

Sleep Away Camp

Our Day Camps have inspired kids with countless opportunities to laugh, lead and make lasting friendships. Since your family's safety is our top priority, we have implemented safety protocols that follow state and local guidelines. It is our priority to help your children enjoy a safe and fun program where they can build lasting friendships.

Day Camp

We’re creating team players and future leaders through team sports. Kids get a chance to learn good sportsmanship and teamwork as they practice fundamental skills while having a whole lot of fun. Volunteer coaches provide an additional role model for kids. Your kids will develop friendships and you’ll build a network of like-minded parents.

It is my favorite Y by far. The Sierre Madre population's demands are met by the family-oriented classes. Members receive personal attention, and lessons are not overly packed. The instructors are excellent and are familiar with each student's name, which makes the courses feel more intimate. The mountains and surrounding landscape provide a wonderful ambience. Last but not least, the personnel is wonderful. They always smile and make you feel welcome.
