Ocean Explorers Keiki Dolphin Pod

The Ocean Explorers Keiki Dolphin camp is for our younger explorers, sea creatures, mermaids, and pirates. Join us for five days packed full of ocean play, sports, and fun! By learning sports that help connect to the ocean and its vastness beyond, we will allow your keiki dolphin explorers a chance to build confidence in the water while giving them a unique perspective to view seals, sea lions, and possibly dolphins below or above the water. Together let’s explore & learn new skills that bring our ocean to your flippers! Keiki camp is an excellent opportunity to build stronger swimming skills. The camp provides campers five days of kayaking, stand- up paddle boarding, boogie-boarding, surfing, body surfing, snorkeling, beach play, beach cleanups, art, museums and ocean education through the Santa Barbara Harbor from Sandspit to Leadbetter.

Ocean Explorers Humpback Summer Camp

Join us for a five day ocean camp packed full of ocean sports and fun. Build confidence, learn new skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the ocean. Our mornings are designed to be explorative and instructional; taking campers on journeys that will teach them important ocean skills that will challenge and excite them within their skill level. Our afternoons are party waves at Sandspit with all of the camp toys at their disposal to learn with the guidance of the counselors but the freedom to learn at his or her own pace.

Ocean Explorers CHANNEL ISLANDS ADVENTURE MARINE PROGRAM (CIAMP)

The only liveaboard summer camp on the West coast at the US and the Channel Islands National Park. This micro version of a semester at sea is the perfect amount of adventure and learning to foster adoration of the marine environment for a lifetime. Our ecology based program is fluid and follows the weather allowing the group to explore by land, kayak, and underwater with mask and snorkel. We provide all of the gear, food, accommodations, and highly experienced counsellors. Lead by the company owners who have more than 20 years of leadership experience specifically at the Channel Islands and Southern California, the group is in good hands. This is a co-ed experience for kids aged 11-17. All campers will participate in a swim test on day 1 and will be required to wear life jackets and/or wetsuits depending on their performance in the swim test. If you are searching for a great way to keep your kid/s away from screens for their summer break, this is it!
