At our gymnastics facility, we strive to provide a safe, fun, and positive environment for all of our athletes. Our goal is to foster a love of gymnastics and for each individual to develop their skills, confidence, and discipline through high-quality, professional training. We prioritize safety above all else and ensure that our coaching staff and facility meet the highest standards.

Our program is designed to be both enjoyable and challenging for our athletes of all ages. We offer a variety of classes and activities to meet the needs of toddlers, children, teens, and adults. With an emphasis on technique, our coaches provide individualized instruction and support to ensure that each participant has a great experience while developing their gymnastics skills. 

We believe that gymnastics should be a fun and rewarding activity for everyone. Our staff is dedicated to helping our athletes reach their goals while having a safe and positive experience. We strive to make sure that each participant is learning, growing, and having fun.

Affordable

Designed to improve motor skills, introduce children to more complex exercises, and develop strength, flexibility and coordination, our preschool classes are either 45 or 55 minutes in length. Classes are fun and challenging, with older preschoolers also focusing on following directions and building confidence.

Preschool Gymnastics Ages 3-5

Our Recreational programs teach fundamentals through advanced gymnastics skills. Apex provides safe, technically correct, challenging and fun learning environment. Our Recreational classes focus on skill improvement, self-esteem, strength, flexibility and self-confidence.

School Age Gymnastics Super Stars: Ages 5-7  Beginner 1&2: Ages 

Super Ninja class is a combination of traditional gymnastics events such as tumbling, rings, bars, rope climbing and tumble truck with elements of parkour training, and obstacle courses.

Super Ninja Classes Ages 5+

Apex Gymnastics offers camp programs throughout the summer and during most school breaks. Come enjoy a fun filled day of crafts, friends and of course gymnastics!
