At Girls Leadership Academy, we are dedicated to empowering girls to become leaders. Through our Junior Advisory Board of Directors and Junior Coaches programs, we give girls the opportunity to learn practical skills and help shape the future direction of our organization. Our Junior Coaches program offers high school students the chance to gain job training, receive mentorship, and fulfill community-service hours. In addition, our Junior Advisory Board of Directors provides select students with the chance to learn the inner workings of a nonprofit organization while having an influential voice in its decision-making. We are proud to offer these invaluable experiences to our girls and look forward to witnessing their growth and potential.
