Anthony C07/18/20215When her elementary school began using Scratch-based programming in Technology class, my daughter developed an interest in coding. We were seeking for after-school and weekend enrichment activities to add to her education because she was good at it. One of the first businesses in San Diego to offer coding lessons to young pupils was ThoughtStem. On Sundays at UCSD, my daughter started taking their programs; it was a delightful self-paced program with college students assisting them as required. My kid also enrolled in additional lessons from them through the after-school enrichment program run by her school district. Since that time, my daughter has kept up her studies in AP engineering, robotics, and computer science. Even now, she is volunteering her time to teach other young pupils how to code.

Sonia R05/17/20225Amazing program! For the past two years, my now-8-year-old son has taken classes during each season, and he enjoys them. It is one of his favorite times of the week, he has often told me.
Melanie W09/13/20225The coding was entertaining, but my grandson thought the best part of the program was "being in college" and attending the same university as his uncle, who had graduated from there. He declared when he got home that's where he wants to attend school! He is really eager to return this summer!
