The Stronghold in Point Loma/Ocean Beach is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the San Diego community since 2007. Here, families can find high-quality Jiu Jitsu, Self-Defense and Fitness instruction in a nurturing and friendly environment. We are proud to offer our programs to those as young as age 3, so that everyone in the family can participate. The Stronghold is committed to helping families learn and grow together. Kids/Tots Jiu Jitsu
Our Kids + Tots Jiu Jitsu Program is among the best in San Diego! We strive to teach your child Self-Defense, body awareness and Jiu Jitsu fundamentals in a fun and friendly environment. We start at Age 3 and have programs for Ages 3-5, and 6-11. Depending on size and maturity, some 12-year-olds are eligible to train in our Teens Classes.

Stronghold Kids Half Day Summer Camp
Curious to know if Jiu Jitsu can be your child's new hobby or passion? We will be hosting intensive Stronghold Kids Jiu Jitsu Summer Camps from 9AM-3PM. Each day will include learning Jiu Jitsu fundamentals, sparring sessions, Jiu Jitsu history and more! Loaner Uniforms will be provided to all campers. Recommended Age is 6-11. Bring a nut-free lunch, water bottle, flip flops/slides and dress in comfortable workout clothes.

Homeschooling
The Stronghold has been serving the Homeschooling Community for 7 years, and is proud to be owned by a Homeschooling Family. From Jiu Jitsu, Self-Defense, Fitness, Gameschooling, Arts/Mixed Media, LEGO, Nerf, Community Outreach and more, we are excited to offer fun enrichment for your students. We are current Enrichment vendors for Pacific Coast Academy, Cabrillo Point Academy, Mission Vista Academy and Freedom Academy. Please inquire if we are not a current vendor for your charter school!
