About Tap Fever Studios

Our non-profit organization, founded in 2008, is dedicated to providing dance opportunities to people of all ages and levels. We offer a variety of classes, including tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, acro, and fitness. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that welcomes and supports people of all backgrounds as they learn how to express themselves through dance. Our classes are crafted to help build basic skills and help them develop into impressive moves. We believe that everyone should have access to quality dance lessons and the opportunity to experience the joy of dance. Programs

Toddlers: ages 2½-4

Children are introduced to a classroom structure, utilizing dance games to teach ballet and tap vocabulary. The highlight is on self-discovered movement in a fun environment. Throughout the session, different movement concepts including; energy, shapes, place, and direction are introduced while improving listening, motor, and rhythm skills.

Kids: ages 5-6

This class is designed for students expand their knowledge and concepts of coordination, spatial awareness, and class etiquette, as well as dance vocabulary. Kids will work on dancing in lines or other shapes, music tempo, spotting in turns, balance, arm placement, following directions, as well as developing personality through dance! We also play engaging dance games that help kids absorb all these skills. Kids may take multiple dance classes, if they would like to do so.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons teacher-student. The instructors at Tap Fever Studios have a broad range of finely honed dance skills in a variety of genres. Scheduling private instruction is a great way to enhance your skills, or even just brush up on technique.
