The T. Claude and Gladys B. Ryan Family YMCA, formerly known as the Peninsula Family YMCA, has been a cornerstone of the Point Loma community since 1970. This leading nonprofit is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential in all aspects of life – spiritual, mental, and physical. By investing in our children, our health, and the well-being of our neighbors, the YMCA believes that it can help build a strong and vibrant community. The YMCA provides programs that promote youth development, health and wellness, and social responsibility. Through its initiatives, the YMCA is helping to create a better future for the people living in and around Point Loma. The T. Claude and Gladys B. Ryan Family YMCA is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of everyone it touches.
