Monica Noonan has an extensive background in human resources and management. She has worked in the banking industry, as well as various other service industries. Her background includes over seven years of experience in human resources, where she was responsible for the recruitment, selection and training of staff. Monica has also worked as a Human Resources Manager for a large multi-state service industry, where she managed over 100 employees. Monica’s expertise in human resources and management has been essential in the development of NFSS. She works with the entire Noonan Family Swim School team to ensure that NFSS is providing the best possible service to each and every client. The Noonan Family Swim School (NFSS) was founded by Jeff and Monica Noonan in January 2004. With their combined backgrounds in aquatics, teaching, human resources and management, they wanted to give back to the community by establishing a swim school with excellent curriculum and a philosophy of teaching to the individual needs of each child. NFSS has been a true family affair for the Noonans, with Jeff and Monica continuing to be actively involved in the development and operations of the swim school. Jeff's 25 years of experience in aquatics, including competitive swimming, life guarding, coaching and teaching, provided a strong foundation for NFSS. His expertise in teaching has extended into the classroom, where he has worked with at-risk youth and special education students. Monica’s background in human resources and management has been invaluable to the development of NFSS, and she works with the entire NFSS team to ensure the best possible service to each and every client. The Noonan Family Swim School is a testament to the commitment of Jeff and Monica to providing quality swim instruction to their local community.
