Sporting his signature sunglasses and a surfboard under his arm, he was the epitome of cool Californian style. Boomer was the mentor to our gang of Kidpreneurs. He taught them everything they needed to know about the exciting world of entrepreneurship. From creating an eye-catching logo to mastering the perfect business handshake, Boomer had it all covered. The Kidpreneurs of California were a diverse and bold bunch. From the tech-savvy Sam in Silicon Valley, who invented a solar-powered skateboard, to the eco-friendly Ella in Los Angeles, who set up her own organic smoothie bar. Horse Camp is a special experience, where campers learn about horses and horsemanship. They learn how to groom a horse, how to tack (put on the horse’s saddle and bridle), and how to ride. The Horse Camp curriculum is the same each week, but each camper’s riding experiences will vary. Another activity that we offer is Computer, Robotics, Entrepreneurship and Imagination Camps. The campers use the same tools and activities each week, but the projects, products, and challenges will vary. They will learn about computer programming, engineering, and robotics; and can even design their own device. They also explore the world of entrepreneurship and learn how to create a business plan. Finally, they explore their imagination and create something wonderful.
