The Pasadena Panthers Youth Football and Cheerleading program is a non-profit organization that is committed to positively impacting the lives of children of all socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. This program is geared towards equipping these children with the necessary mental and physical skills they will need to overcome the obstacles they may face in school, college, and in their everyday lives. The Panthers' mission is to offer an important athletic program within the community that emphasizes the significance of education and promotes the values of team work, competition, discipline, and sportsmanship. The Panther Football and Cheerleading Program is available to children aged between six and fourteen, residing in the Pasadena and Altadena areas. This program comprises of five divisional teams, each organized in accordance with strict age and weight guidelines. The teams are mentored by a group of experienced adults, many of whom have prior coaching experience and have previously played at the high school or college level. Each team within the Panther program competes in an eight-game schedule against teams from nearly thirty cities represented in the Conference. This provides the children with the valuable experience of competing with a wide variety of peers, further enhancing their understanding of teamwork, competition, and sportsmanship.

At Cookies and Canvas, the whole family is welcome! Whether you’re bringing a toddler or a teen, your little one will have a blast. Parents of younger children may need to stay close by to help their little ones follow along. We’ve found that once a child has reached school age, they can usually take the lead – but parents can always decide for themselves! Snacks are a must – and Cookies and Canvas provides cookies for all. Adults are welcome too, but no alcoholic beverages will be served. Bring the whole family to Cookies and Canvas for a memorable event! Kids of all ages can join in the fun. Parents of younger children may need to stay nearby to help out. For children of school age, they can usually take the lead and follow along. Snacks are encouraged – and cookies are provided for everyone! Adults are welcome, but we don’t serve any alcoholic beverages. So come on down and have a good time with the whole family!

John Letts, former U.S. Junior National Champion, Stanford All-American and Wimbledon competitor, founded iTennis, Inc. in 1998. After a successful career on the ATP tour where he was ranked in the top 100 in doubles, John attended Northwestern University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 1994. He then practiced intellectual property law for 4 years with the Chicago law firm of Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione. John's first community contract with the City of Pasadena in 2002 marked the beginning of a flourishing tennis community, and iTennis, Inc. has since expanded to employ more than 50 tennis pros at facilities in Pasadena, South Pasadena, S. El Monte, Arcadia, West Hollywood and Riverside.
