These classes are also appropriate for dancers from other dance backgrounds who are looking to expand their repertoire and knowledge. Soft shoe and hard shoe rhythms and techniques are combined with the strength, toning and flexibility that Irish dancing provides. Irish Dance is a fabulous form of exercise, offering both a high impact and high energy aerobic workout. In addition, our adult and teen dancers are taught to perform all the dances with the same emphasis on proper technique and form, and are encourage, but never required, to perform and compete in our local Feisanna. Ceili (team) dancing is also taught for those who wish to learn, and perform the traditional Irish Ceilis. More information can be found by location below. Please email us with any questions you have about our Adult / Teen classes. We invite you to come for the dancing, and to stay for the friendship, fun and fitness!
