Children also gain the confidence to express themselves in an enjoyable and safe learning environment. The Children’s Art Studio strives to cultivate children’s creative potential. Through the exploration of a variety of art materials, children build a strong foundation in design and color, learn to express themselves, and gain an appreciation for the visual arts. With classes designed to help children of all ages develop their artwork in a fun and engaging way, the Children’s Art Studio is a great place for young artists to explore and create.

IN PERSON SUMMER ART CAMP
The Art Camp is designed to expand on our established mixed media classes offered during the school year. In the summer, each student will have more studio time to explore painting, drawing, sculpture, clay, collage, printmaking and other special camp projects. Therefore, highly evolved art projects will begin to grow and develop into truly unique pieces of art. Increased creative time will create a young artist’s studio where ideas mutate into expansive statements of the imagination.

MOBILE ART IN BACKYARD
Group classes are one hour long. We can also customize the duration of the lesson if you desire more time. All mobile art classes will be taught outside and teachers/students will be required to wear masks and observe health safety protocols. Mobile Art Classes are a wonderful extension of the art school’s philosophy right in your home. There is no need to travel to the school, let us come to you. Painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture and much more, right in your backyard.

PRIVATE ZOOM/OUTDOOR CLASSES
The art school offers 1 -1.5 hour long private art classes for children at your home or at the studio. We will customize the curriculum based on your child’s needs and creative interests. Lessons can include painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture and many more projects. We can teach oil/acrylic painting on canvas. The lesson can focus on either abstract or representational art. Price is based on curriculum and art materials.
