While exploring all kinds materials, clay, glue, wood, recycled materials, beads, buttons and fabric students will learn to problem solve, verbalize their ideas and further creative thinking. This is a process oriented class, designed for a parent/caregiver and child interactive, learning experience. While introducing your child to all kinds of materials, clay, glue, beads, buttons fabric. We'll explore printing, painting, sculpting, cutting and gluing. Some of the projects will be collaborative between adult and child but most will be watching what your child can do. Adult must be present to interact with child. The class is seasonally themed for fall, winter and spring.

Portfolio Building For Ages 11-14
This class will focus mainly on drawing but will also explore some other mediums like collage and watercolor and printmaking. Students will refine their own drawing skills and style by practicing shading, composition, line weight. We will working to build out their portfolios to apply to the local art highschools.
