At the Debbie Allen Dance Academy (DADA), the world-class team of staff and faculty are dedicated to enriching, inspiring and transforming the lives of the disenfranchised Black and Latino communities through dance, theater and performance. DADA believes that the arts are key to cultivating discipline, creativity, and self-confidence, which are essential life skills that will benefit students regardless of whether they pursue a career in the performing arts. The principles on which DADA is founded, are meant to last a lifetime. With a focus on these core values, the Academy works diligently to create meaningful experiences for their students that will remain with them long after they have left the Academy’s doors. DADA’s highly trained and experienced faculty and staff are passionate about giving their students the tools they need to become successful and empowered individuals.
