About Camp Hollywoodland

Camping is an exciting activity for children of all ages. The Department of Recreation and Parks of Los Angeles offers two unique camping experiences for kids ages 6-17. Griffith Park Boys' Camp and Camp Hollywoodland for Girls offer the perfect urban forest environment right in the heart of Los Angeles. Both camps are professionally managed and accredited by the American Camping Association. Young campers will be able to enjoy a variety of activities while spending the night in the great outdoors. Whether they want to get creative with arts and crafts, play team sports, or explore nature, kids will find plenty of fun at Griffith Park Boys' Camp and Camp Hollywoodland for Girls. Safety is the top priority at these two camps. All camp directors and staff are highly-trained and experienced in running safe camping operations. Experienced counselors will help campers learn teamwork and responsibility while enjoying all the camping experience has to offer. With the summer season quickly approaching, it's time to sign up for a camping experience your kids won't soon forget!
