About PlanetBravo Technology Education

Since its launch in 2003, PlanetBravo has gone from strength to strength. The innovative computer and technology camp has become the largest of its kind in Los Angeles, offering kids the chance to learn in an exciting and inspiring way. Not only do they offer summer camps, but they also provide in-school computer instruction and one-to-one teacher training for tech integration across 40 local schools and recreation centers. PlanetBravo is dedicated to helping kids make the most of technology, and provide special programs for GATE and a girls club called "Code Like a Girl" to encourage young girls to pursue their passions. PlanetBravo is a real success story. Starting out as a small summer camp in 2003, the camp has rapidly become the largest of its kind in Los Angeles. Their range of services includes summer camps, in-school computer instruction, and teacher training for tech integration across 40 local schools and recreation centers. They go above and beyond to make sure kids make the most of technology, with special programs for GATE and a girls club called "Code Like a Girl" to encourage young girls to pursue their interests.

Techno-tainment Camp
Techno-tainment Summer Camp runs one-week sessions Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm for students entering grades 2-9. Students sign-up for one (1) week-long course at a time from the list of available courses. Students who sign up for multiple weeks may take all different courses, or repeat some of their favorites, since all our classes have a wealth of possible projects to complete. Each day is balanced with a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including afternoon sports, snack break, and the ever popular computer games of Network Game Time. There are always multiple activity options during these times to ensure all students find something they enjoy.
