The YMCA is committed to strengthening communities across Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. As a leading nonprofit, our local Y seeks to fill gaps in community services and develop activities for everyone—no matter who they are or where they’re from. The Channel Islands YMCA is an association of six Ys, including Camarillo, North Ventura, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, and Lompoc. The YMCA offers a wide range of fitness opportunities to help people of all ages and backgrounds reach their full potential. Our gyms feature a fitness center with advanced cardio and strength training equipment, engaging group exercise classes, and child and adult swimming lessons. We also provide job training for young adults, a safe place for children, and programs to help seniors build connections. Everything we do is to ensure that people in our communities can lead healthy, active lives and thrive.
