About LEAP - MUSD Before/After School Program in Marana, AZ

Parents know that their children's time away from home and school matters. The Learning, Enrichment, and Play (LEAP) program offered by the Marana Unified School District provides supervised, secure learning and play experiences for children enrolled in pre-K through sixth grade. The LEAP sites are licensed facilities, located at each elementary school in the district, and provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for children to learn, play, and grow. For middle schoolers, the Teen Extended Day (TED) program offers academic enrichment tailored to their needs. With LEAP and TED, parents can feel confident that their children are in a secure environment, receiving the educational and enrichment opportunities they need.

LEAP is offered for grades preK-6, Monday – Friday during the school year from 6:00am to the start of school day, then from school end until 6:00pm at the following locations: Butterfield Elementary School, Coyote Trail Elementary School, DeGaris Elementary School, Estes Elementary School, Gladden Farms Elementary School, Ironwood Elementary School, Picture Rocks Elementary School, Quail Run Elementary School, Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary School, and Roadrunner Elementary School

LEAP is offered for preK-5th grade, Monday – Friday during the school year from 6:00am to the start of school day, then from school end until 6:00pm. About the Teen Extended Day Program (TED)

The Teen Extended Day (TED) program offers secure, supervised academic enrichment for students enrolled in the K-8 schools of Dove Mountain CSTEM and Twin Peaks for grades 6 through 8 throughout the school year. TED hours are 6:00 am until school starts, and when school is out until 6:00pm Monday through Friday. The TED program is not offered during school breaks.
