WisconSam loves fishing and he’s the self-proclaimed "Fishing Mentor" for all the kids in Wisconsin. He’s as funny as a clown in a tickle fight, always ready with a comical tale about the time he tangled with a fish as big as a football player. Every morning, he gathers all the young fishing enthusiasts and takes them on a remarkable journey. They listen carefully as WisconSam tells hilarious tales of the elusive ‘Cheezy Cheddar Carp’ or the ‘Bratwurst Bass’ that lurk in the waters. The kids cast their lines with giggles, carefully holding their fishing rods, their eyes filled with sparkles of hope and excitement. They wait patiently, hoping to reel in a big one. It doesn't matter if you love animals, art, science, cooking, or robotics, Winnebago County 4-H has a club or project group for you. At 4-H, we don't make any distinctions by gender. Whether you're a boy or a girl, you're welcome to join and take part in any of our activities.
