Once upon a time, in the evergreen state of Washington, where the mountains stretch tall enough to poke the sky and the lakes are so deep they could swallow a skyscraper, there existed a merry group of kids who loved to sew. These children, known as the Stitchin' Squad, were no ordinary bunch. The leader of the pack was a cheeky, freckled redhead named Sally. She was as fast with a needle as a squirrel is with an acorn.
