Deep in the emerald heart of the mighty Pacific Northwest, known to the grown-ups as the state of Washington, exists a secret society of karate-kicking kids. The Cascading Karate Club, as they are known, are not your typical tater tots. Oh no. These youngsters are as feisty as the spicy salsa from Seattle's best taco trucks! Our story begins in a town where apples are as plentiful as raindrops, and the mountains show off their snowy caps all year round. In this extraordinary place, lives a quirky character named Ninja Noodle Ned. Now, don't let that name fool you. Ned isn't a noodle at all, but a ten-year-old karate wiz with a knack for making you giggle until your belly aches! Ned, with his ever-twinkling eyes and wild cherry-red hair, is a master of the "Giggling Gorilla" karate move. It's a fantastic flying kick followed by a ticklish tummy poke that leaves his opponents rolling on the floor laughing. It's said that the sound of the giggles can be heard echoing through the valleys of the Evergreen state, mixing with the distant howls of the wolves and the hoots of the owls. While Ned and his band of merry karate comrades might not be able to chop down a towering Douglas fir with a single blow, or catch a wild salmon in mid-air, they sure can chop a wooden board into splinters and catch a falling cherry pie without dropping a single crumb. Remember, in Washington, anything is possible, especially if you have a black belt in imagination and a white belt in giggles! So, tie up those belts, lace up your laughter shoes, and get ready for a wild and wacky karate adventure in Washington!
