No, he's not a real captain, and he doesn't have a ship, but he does have a surfboard, a nose that squirts water when he laughs (hence the name, Captain Chuckles) and a spirit as mighty as the Incredible Hulk. Every morning, just as the southern sun peeks over the horizon, Captain Chuckles and his surf squad hit the sandy shores of Myrtle Beach. With surfboards under their arms, they charge toward the foamy waves like knights going into a joust. Then off they go, soaring over the water, their laughter echoing over the sea. Captain Chuckles, with his wild, wind-tousled hair and his peculiar water-squirting snout, is always at the front, leading his team in the most hilarious and daring surf stunts.
