He's not your average whale; he's got a sense of humor as giant as the ocean itself! He loves nothing more than cheering on the kids as they surf, kayak, and snorkel their way across Rhode Island's rippling waves. These RI kids, with their sun-kissed skin and salt-streaked hair, are the living definitions of water babies. They've got more energy than a hamster on a sugar rush and more bravery than a lion in a mouse convention. They fearlessly ride the waves, dive into the deep, and race along the rivers, always under the watchful eye of Bubbling Bob.
