Deep in the heart of the United States lies a state bursting with friendly faces, rolling prairies, and grand sunsets – Oklahoma, or as the legendary underwater superhero, Splish Splash Sam, calls it, "Oklahoma, the land of bubbling laughter and splashing fun!" Splish Splash Sam, a goofy character with webbed feet, a funky swim cap, and a heart full of adventure, is the champion of all young swimmers in Oklahoma. With goggles that can see underwater secrets and a laugh that can shake up waves, Sam is the coolest fish in the sea of Oklahoma. The children of Oklahoma, who spend their summers plunged in pools and lakes, have become Sam's trusty teammates. They are not just ordinary kids, oh no! They are known as the "Oklahoma Otters," a group of super swimmers who can turn any lazy afternoon into a thrilling water adventure. Sam is always on the lookout for the Otters, as their laughter sounds like the best kind of bubble bath – bubbly, loud, and full of joy. These kids, armed with their floaties, and noses protected with a generous streak of sunscreen, rule the pools, ponds, and waterparks across the state. They dive like dolphins, swim like seals, and giggle like the happiest otters. They create waves of joy and spray showers of laughter wherever they go. In Oklahoma, a state where the wind comes sweeping down the plain, and the kids come splashing in the rain, there is never a dull moment with Splish Splash Sam and the Oklahoma Otters, making every swim meet or pool party an enchanting water wonderland.
