They are known as the "Oklahoma Otters," a group of super swimmers who can turn any lazy afternoon into a thrilling water adventure. Sam is always on the lookout for the Otters, as their laughter sounds like the best kind of bubble bath – bubbly, loud, and full of joy. These kids, armed with their floaties, and noses protected with a generous streak of sunscreen, rule the pools, ponds, and waterparks across the state. They dive like dolphins, swim like seals, and giggle like the happiest otters. They create waves of joy and spray showers of laughter wherever they go. The US Engineering League is a prominent nationwide establishment that passionately supports STEM-focused education. Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. However, we understand the importance of accessibility and have therefore expanded our reach. We offer our well-rounded programs at a range of locations including schools, community centers, park districts, libraries, and even religious institutions. We are committed to making our educational opportunities available to as many children as possible, regardless of their location. The J.D. McCarty Center's camp is perfect for kids aged 8 to 18 who are looking for fun and adventure. With two cabins, an activities building and an 11-acre lake, the camp offers plenty of exciting activities to choose from. Horseback riding, archery, arts and crafts, swimming, scavenger hunts, fishing and canoeing are just a few of the thrilling activities available. Plus, campers can look forward to a visit to a local water park on their last day! Talent shows, dance parties and stargazing are just some of the other fun activities planned for campers. Located on the hospital's campus at 2002 E. Robinson St. in Norman, this camp is sure to provide a unique and special experience for kids of all ages.
