In the extraordinary state of Ohio, where buckeye trees grow tall and cornfields stretch as far as the eye can see, there exists a group of pint-sized, high-energy superheroes known as the "Buckeye Cheer Squad." These aren't your everyday superheroes, oh no! They don't fly around wearing capes or shoot lasers out of their eyes. Instead, they perform gravity-defying stunts and bring joy to everyone around them with infectious enthusiasm, and they do it all while wearing colorful bows and sparkling sneakers! Their leader is an ambitious, spunky girl named Bella, who always wears her red hair in two gravity-defying pigtails that seem to cheer along with her. Bella believes that she possesses magical cheerleading powers which she inherited from her great-great-grandmother, a legendary cheerleader in Ohio known for her sparkling spirit fingers. Bella's imaginary pet buckeye, Bucky, is her trusty sidekick who whispers cheer routines into her ear. Just like Bella, every kid in the Buckeye Cheer Squad is brimming with spirit and determination. They are a merry band of pranksters who love to make everyone laugh with their funny faces and wild cheer stunts. Even when they tumble, they get up, dust off their sparkly uniforms, and cheer even louder. They truly embody the spirit of Ohio - showing resilience, positivity, and a whole lot of heart. They don't just cheer for their teams; they cheer for everyone in Ohio. From the smallest squirrel collecting nuts to the oldest Buckeye tree standing tall, the Buckeye Cheer Squad cheers them all! After all, in Ohio, everyone could use a little cheer!

Nestled in 178 acres of lush woodland is a serene escape from the city, a place fondly known as Camp Swamp. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992. We like to think of it as our own "little slice of heaven," offering a respite from the daily hustle and bustle, and inviting people to reconnect with nature and their spirituality. Our primary offering is a week-long summer camp, but we've expanded over the years to include more than just summer fun. As part of our mission to support families and churches, we now also host three family camps throughout the year, as well as four parent/child retreats. These events offer a chance for families to bond, parents to connect with their children, and individuals to grow in their faith. Moreover, our facilities are not exclusive to our organized events. Camp Swamp also offers rentals to schools, churches, universities, sports teams, and even business groups. Whether you're planning a camp, a retreat, or a team-building excursion, our serene setting and well-equipped facilities provide the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable experience.
