Once upon a time, in the lively and bustling state of Ohio, known for its gigantic amusement parks and mouth-watering buckeyes chocolates, a group of incredibly clever kids embarked on an adventure that was anything but ordinary. They were the Ohio Robo-Kids, the brainiest bunch in the state, forever tinkering, adjusting, and creating. Ohio was their playground, an arena of innovation and creativity, where they turned their wildest dreams into reality. Now, these kids weren't your average Joeys and Janes. No, sir. They were the whizzes of robotics, the wizards of wires, the maestros of microchips! They could make a robot that could dance the cha-cha, a bot that could whip up a perfect pancake, and even a mechanical pooch that could fetch the paper! They had a knack for turning pieces of metal into magnificent marvels. Their leader was a charmingly peculiar character named Professor NuttyBolt. Clad in his customary mismatched socks, rainbow-colored lab coat, and a hat brimming with all sorts of tools, he was a sight for sore eyes. With his wild Einstein-like hair and the world's roundest glasses, NuttyBolt was the ultimate quirky mentor. His laughter, as loud as a tin can full of nuts and bolts being shaken vigorously, was infectious. He was the fuel to their creative engine, always sparking their curiosity and encouraging their wildest ideas. So, imagine a world where kids, led by a nutty professor, build robots to do their chores or simply for the sheer joy of creating something. That's the state of Ohio for you! So, whether you're a kid, or a kid at heart, remember, it's never too late to dream, build, and create!

Nestled in 178 acres of lush woodland is a serene escape from the city, a place fondly known as Camp Swamp. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992. We like to think of it as our own "little slice of heaven," offering a respite from the daily hustle and bustle, and inviting people to reconnect with nature and their spirituality. Our primary offering is a week-long summer camp, but we've expanded over the years to include more than just summer fun. As part of our mission to support families and churches, we now also host three family camps throughout the year, as well as four parent/child retreats. These events offer a chance for families to bond, parents to connect with their children, and individuals to grow in their faith. Moreover, our facilities are not exclusive to our organized events. Camp Swamp also offers rentals to schools, churches, universities, sports teams, and even business groups. Whether you're planning a camp, a retreat, or a team-building excursion, our serene setting and well-equipped facilities provide the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable experience.
