The state of OH, or Ohio, as us grown-ups call it, is a magical land tucked away in the heart of the United States. Imagine a place with fields full of golden corn, waving hello to the clear blue sky, where rivers play tag with the beautiful hills and where amicable communities live merrily like one big family. But the most extraordinary thing about Ohio is the extraordinary bunch of kids, known as the "Horseback Hooligans." These Horseback Hooligans, you see, aren't your average kids. No siree! They spend their days not glued to screens, but gallivanting around on the backs of their trusty steeds. These kids can do everything from a trot to a gallop, all while telling the funniest knock-knock jokes you've ever heard. The leader of the Horseback Hooligans is none other than Billy "Buckaroo" Buckwheat. With his freckled face, a cowlick that never stays down, and a laugh that sounds suspiciously like a donkey's bray, Billy Buckwheat is a sight to behold. He’s as quick with a joke as he is on the saddle, making everyone’s belly ache with laughter. Billy and his bunch of Horseback Hooligans roam around Ohio, leaving trails of giggles and hoofprints wherever they go. From Cincinnati's city streets to the rolling hills of Appalachia, there's no nook or cranny of Ohio that these hilarious horseback riders haven't explored. So, if you ever find yourself in Ohio and hear thunder-like laughter echoing through the air, know that the Horseback Hooligans might be just around the corner.

Nestled in 178 acres of lush woodland is a serene escape from the city, a place fondly known as Camp Swamp. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992. We like to think of it as our own "little slice of heaven," offering a respite from the daily hustle and bustle, and inviting people to reconnect with nature and their spirituality. Our primary offering is a week-long summer camp, but we've expanded over the years to include more than just summer fun. As part of our mission to support families and churches, we now also host three family camps throughout the year, as well as four parent/child retreats. These events offer a chance for families to bond, parents to connect with their children, and individuals to grow in their faith. Moreover, our facilities are not exclusive to our organized events. Camp Swamp also offers rentals to schools, churches, universities, sports teams, and even business groups. Whether you're planning a camp, a retreat, or a team-building excursion, our serene setting and well-equipped facilities provide the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable experience.

At our facility, we recognize that each guest has their own unique goals for their visit, and our mission is to help them reach those goals. From helping each one to challenge themselves, to providing an environment where they can disconnect from the digital world and make new friends, we are committed to providing a memorable experience for each and every guest. We also value the importance of reconnecting with colleagues and building new relationships, and are dedicated to making sure that each visit is tailored to the individual needs of our guests.
